In May 1955, Pat Earle and Frank Pierri introduced their delicious, oven-fired, thin-crust pizza at Frank and Pat's Pizza Palace in downtown Appleton to a community that had barely heard of pizza. Of course, it didn't take long for the Fox Valley to fall for Frank and Pat's specialty, and the co-owners soon added Green Bay and Neenah locations.
